I have struggled with chronic pain for 15 years due to cervical injury and surgery which has left me partially disabled.
I do receive physical therapy but I am only allowed a certain number of visits per year but I live with chronic pain every
day.Terry has helped me to manage my pain in between physical therapy sessions by using myofascial release techniques combined
with other massage techniques. Recently I had a bad fall and was in severe pain, I called Terry for an appointment but
was unable to drive. Terry came to my home and after our session my pain went from an 8/10 to about a 4/10 and
for those who live with chronic pain that is a significant decrease in pain level. Thanks Terry! -Nicole G
I am
constantly on my feet, both for work (owner of Albany CrossFit) and for my fun (working out at Albany CrossFit). I can
honestly say, I would not be able to do what I do physically if not for Terry Fitzgerald. Terry helps me recover both
mentally and physically from a demanding lifestyle. My schedule is extremely busy, however, it is well worth it for
me to make time every week to see Terry. As stressed as I am on my way to her office, as soon as I get on the table,
my troubles seem to disappear and my body is on it's way to recovery. Terry has helped me through numerous injuries
from strenuous exercise and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Without her expertise and helpful hands, I surely would have taken
longer to recover. Terry has become part of my routine, and I would highly recommend her to anyone, whether for recovery,
injury prevention, rehabilitation, or relaxation, Terry is the massage therapist to see in the Capital Region. -Jason Ackerman,

Terry is an excellent massage therapist. I am a CrossFit trainer and Terry's knowledge has helped
me to better understand the anatomy and physiology of every ache, twinge, and sting of both my body and the athletes I train.
She has helped me to locate and work through muscle adhesions in my upper body that were causing a decrease in performance.
I have to give her some of the credit for my personal records and the ability to now do head-to-floor handstand push-ups.
She has both encouraged and educated me about foam rolling and using trigger point therapy to speed my recovery and steer
clear of injury and this knowledge has been a benefit to me as well as the athletes I train. I will keep going back to Terry
because, for one thing, she is 100% focused on the person on the table while she's working. She is always very aware
of my body and has never cut one of my massages short because of time. There is no sense of her trying to get 60 minutes
over with so she can get paid. It's obvious that she is more concerned with delivering an excellent, quality service
and experience, a rare find these days. I am looking forward to my next massage because by working with her I continue
to learn about ways to increase my performance and improve recovery. Thanks Terry! -Brett Andrus, Albany CrossFit
I am a crossfitter who trains hard 5-6 times a week, a runner, and a person with a computer desk job. This combination
had left me with a great deal of tension all over my body with knots everywhere. When I first went to Terry, she
did a through evaluation of my body and attempted to not only find all of my problemsbut actually resolve them. She
made me feel so comfortable and she was so knowledgeable, I continued to see her at leastonce every month. Each time,
she has something new to try to work out my kinks but always makes sure I leave feeling relaxed and stretched. Now,
6 months later, I continue to see Terry once a month, more often if time permits and my body is more flexible than ever.
I love Terry's work so much that I brought my 63 year old dad in to her for some backpain he was having. She took great
care of him, just as she always has with me. Whether you are an athlete, you have a desk job, or you just need an overall
relaxing experience, I wold highly recommend a massage from Terry! -Andrea D
